The design of a dewatering system is dictated by soil classification, stratification, permeability, penetrability,
space limitations and site location. Terrain conditions dictate whether a temporary, (i.e. to temporarily lower the
water table while work is in progress), or more permanent system is required, (i.e. environmental obligations and the
prevention of contaminates leeching into the water table).
|
|
Our de-watering equipment is of the latest technology, and our experienced technicians are available to find the most
efficient solution to your ground water problems.

|
We also offer services for the treatment of contaminated groundwater, including filter systems, air towers, and
specialized hydrocarbon removal equipment. We have recently completed a very successful project in Ft. Smith, NWT,
where contaminated soils were to be excavated from a 1,400 square meter area to a depth of 7-meters, the water table
was at approximately 4-meters below the surface. The water table was lowered which then permitted excavation of the
contaminated soils. The water was treated on site and discharged back into the town's sewer system and lagoon.
